What is Podcasting?
Podcasting is the latest in on-the-go, on-demand technology. Podcasts are MP3 audio programs that are available to be downloaded onto your computer and transferred to an iPod or any portable media device that supports MP3s.  It can be played right on your computer.  

How do I get started?
Simple.  There are several free programs online that will allow you to download the MP3 feeds.  Although applications vary, each should provide instructions on how to add podcast feeds to your list.  Once the feed has been added, you can listen to it on your computer or transfer it onto your portable music player.
